Solis Sculpt

Heated to: 35 - 40 degrees celsius

Style: Pilates

Length: 45 minutes

A class that works on all of your small muscle groups. Through repetitive exercises and lots of props, discover new muscles and get sculpted. A full body workout that does not include cardio, get ready to feel the burn after class!

Is there cardio?
No, potentially a small amount during warm up

Are weights used? Yes!

Are bands used?
We do not provide bands, but you can bring your own!

Are ankle weights used?
We do not provide ankle weights, but you can bring your own or purchase them at the studio!

What if I’m a beginner is this class good for me?
We welcome beginners to all of our classes! The teachers are trained to give variations of exercises so that they are all accessible. If you are nervous about cardio in a heated room, try this class first!

What if I need a break during class?
Take it! Solis encourages breaks, please lie down on your mat until you are ready to join the workout again.


Solis Strong

Heated to: 35 - 40 degrees celsius

Style: HIIT Pilates

Length: 45 minutes

A fun but challenging, full-body workout performed on a yoga mat in a heated room with energetic music. Through Solis’ unique High Intensity Interval Training methods, Solis Strong will help strengthen your muscles and burn fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. Cardio bursts included, when the workout is complete, you will continue to burn calories as you go about your day.

Yes - typically a 5 - 8 minute cardio push.

Solis Sweat

Heated to: 35-40 degrees celsius

Style: Circuit Training / Pilates

Length: 45 minute

A circuit series that works the upper and lower body equally. Through a mat series and standing series it's a great way to get everything you need in a workout. Featuring a different set of sequences each class that will leave you feeling stronger! A class that tests your stamina and leaves you drenching in sweat. Test your limits, in the best kind of way!

Is there cardio?
Yes - typically a 8 - 10 minute cardio push.

Are weights used?
Teacher’s discretion. Available at studio - no rental fee

Are Pilates rings used? Teacher’s discretion. Available at studio - no rental fee

Are bands used?

Are ankle weights used?
We do not provide ankle weights, but you can bring your own or purchase them at the studio!

What if I’m a beginner is this class good for me?

Solis Signature

Heated to: 35 - 40 degrees celsius

Style: Power Yoga Flow

Length: 45 minutes

Our signature flow - the perfect mix of stretch, cardio, breathing, strengthening. It’s challenging and relaxing. Gentle warm up, challenging middle and relaxing end. Practiced with music to match the energy. You will leave feeling a little bit higher!

What if I’m a beginner to yoga is this class good for me? Yes! The teachers are trained to give variations of poses from beginner to intermediate. At Solis, we want to make sure the class is always accessible but challenging.

What if I need a break during class? Take it! At Solis, we encourage breaks. Please lie down on your mat until you are ready to join the class again.


Solis R&R

Heated to: not heated - 20-22 degrees celsius

Style: Yin Yoga - stretch and meditate

Length: 60 minutes

Solis R&R is a style of practice where deep and gentle stretches are held for extended periods, up to 5 minutes per posture. It’s a great way to open up tight parts of your body, plus an awesome way to wind down for the evening. Classes are candlelit. End your day feeling a little bit lighter!
