become the instructor people come back for
Two certifications, one standard. Solis trains Mat and Reformer instructors in Toronto, and both programs teach the whole job: anatomy, assessment, cueing, programming, and how to lead a room full of people. The certificate travels anywhere. The best graduates don't have to, because Solis hires from its own trainings.
LEARN TO TEACH, NOT TO REPEAT sequences
Anyone can memorize a sequence. Teaching is knowing why an exercise belongs where it does, seeing the body in front of you, and changing the plan when that body needs something different.
Both Solis certifications are built around that. You will learn functional anatomy and biomechanics, how to read posture and movement, how to cue with your voice, energy and body, how to build a class that goes somewhere, and how to adapt it for the person who is pregnant, recovering, elderly, or an athlete.
The Solis formats come last, once you can already teach. They are how you prove it in a real room.

why train with solis?
You train inside working studios. Four Toronto locations with full schedules, real members, and classes running down the hall while you learn. You practice where you will actually teach, not in a rented room with a whiteboard.
Your trainers teach the job they are training you for. Maddy, Kayla and Victoria are on Solis’ schedule. Every cue, correction and fix they hand you has been tested on a full room.
Classes are part of your training. Solis classes are included while you train, so you learn the material from both sides of the room, taking class from the strongest instructors in the city and studying how they run it.
Mentorship that leads somewhere. Optional ongoing mentorship after certification puts you inside Solis studios, building hours and relationships, and it is the strongest step toward earning a place on the Solis roster.
